Sharing The Vision

No church project, big or small, succeeds in isolation. Effective leaders know that the first step

to a successful building or outreach initiative is sharing the vision. Start by clearly

communicating the “why” behind your plans. Use stories, testimonies, and tangible goals to

show members the difference their support will make. Regularly update your congregation

through meetings, newsletters, and small groups—where questions can be answered and

feedback encouraged. Engage your leadership and ministry teams early, so they can champion

the vision in their departments and help cast a sense of ownership. The more your church family
